Derceto

Far down below the flowered isle's, hidden in the Assyrian Sea,
Lost in thoughts of your blood consuming me,
In my crimson throne I think of what once was

In these luminous waves, I hear the voice of your death
Pale whispers through the cold moon
Up the walls of Babylon echoing in a dark gloom

Faint voices in the air below the evening star
Syrian prayers chanting "Atargatis come and save me"
But who will be my savior from this agony
Who will take away the pain I caused to thee

Enthralling love, my Caystus;
I am cursed far more than just with your seed
Damned beyond the gaze of your fern green eyes
Left to rule in drowning shades of cyan tides

The Heart of Ereshkigal

Imprisoned by her denial
a hostage to her reflection
Waiting for the miracle bargaining
Searching for a new lover
to fulfill decades of regrets
her heart now;
only a graveyard of lonely epitaph's

Love is only that, the laws she rules in her kingdom
It is not an omnipotent god, it is its polar opposite
A self controlled muse created through
her own false pretense
Each heartbeat is only a tremor of human existence
An apologist for the lonely pessimist

Mankind turns a blind eye to your sunken treasures
Each kiss just a confirmation of thundering waves
Predicting a sunken future with no moral compass
tearing out your insides and
begging the heaven's for calmer days

I find solace buried deep within your hollow cave
I run your land through my fingers
and bathe in your temperament
I want to get lost inside your darkness
and taste of your poisoned fruit
a nectar so sweet plucked from Edens root

RED

Unthreaded my flesh to place your finger tips in the veins of my heart
In your hands you felt my blood run pass through your fingers
Like silk it slipped through your pores melting inside your pain

Every beat through your grasp was a symphony filled with cello's of past regrets
Every tune played a battle cry for your tears
I allowed you closer than I've ever allowed myself

The beats then faded once you knew me better than anyone else
Your fingers crushing through the cavity of my heart
tearing me and shredding me apart

Silk turned to dust and symphonies only played for the demons dwelling within
Leaving me dry to never know or understand what love would feel like again
Conditioning me to a blueprint of conscious enslavement of the body without soul

Left to see creationism for what it is and all it will ever remain to be
In my solitude I weld a lock made of steel from the knives of your betrayal
to keep me far from what you showed me which burns in the hearts of all mankind

Trust is only a fable that exists to deceive and blind a naive lamb
Then takes its desires and buries its heart into a darkened catacomb
Where wolves live in the shadows to devour all that once beat rhythms of hope

Our Garden

Cultivating our hearts with rivers of tears and blood brought on by our madness
The preparations are set and in this unclean soil our thorns will grow
Hinged upon your deception yet I'm always coming back for more
In this sadistic solitude I've learned to feed my soul with your pain
Because within me lives a satisfied yet agonized whore

I'll satisfy my hunger with your wisteria and bathe in your cyanide
we create this  passionate chemical
a potion rooted out of our underworld
and it's poison has never seemed so divine

I've lived many lives waiting for you my love

There's been many times I've died
Now I've seemed to have forgotten how to cry
because I'm used to seeing you pine for another love
and with this my soul will die

I'll line my lips with your unripened elderberry fruit
and make you taste of my kiss
because it's only fair my love
for you to experience this ethereal haze
our toxic garden blooming until its final stage

Bittersweet Choice

To entertain her thoughts
a life of loveless sorrow
in interminable gloom more fury then a Sumerian queen
entangled in her skeleton

What have you lost? What have you gained?
Impeccable taste but at what cost
the spectre of cracked lips;
less beautiful to me

Prior, seraphs golden garden transformed
now transparent thorns
you'll pay your dues in immortality

Through bridal weakness she chose to fall
and in her despair an ethereal temperament arises
she'll fade into her lovers pillow
with drowned feathers and clipped wings
with glazed eyes, stripped of her voice,
of her choice to sing
a black nightingale far beyond a scintillating soul

My Burial Crown

Lower down the pendulum
twist fates sonnet through rusted reflections
Even in the lightest of the days
the chambers of my heart whisper in its empty cave

A catalyst of sorrow
I am the gambler in her final stage
placing bet on gods last borrow
Fighting my demons with broken sage

Sophia in her darkest hours
her empathy deserts mankind
sows her rage in an unclean soil
to betray immortal promises
keeps her oath tied to its turmoil

Pacing in complete denial
falsifying my own entity
whispers of white coats chanting
unbeknown to saving me

Lest I break my soul's promise

Apollo's chariot will still bring sun
in the morrow of my burial
cradle birth through which death sung

Your Poison ...

So now you return
as the macabre jester with a few more tricks
hiding under your veil complete and
tethered with moth bitten wingsa full set boxed human collection
with a hymn of mortal melody

You've come to show me more impossibilities

more retired dreams of lore
more sour as the nights get lonelier

Oh! Great philosopher of mistrust
show me what you could never give me
I've played the fool and have tasted of your wine
before
the same wine that has poisoned my mind and
petrified the blood within my heart
for your vision brings true unhappiness
and your lies are tears
only leftovers of your desolate ocean

For you,
I no longer give grace to Eros
instead your arrow comes equipped
tipped and dipped into white oleander serum
this is what your prick seeps in

Luckily, dear Queen of discontentment
I've become accustomed to the lack
of your adherence
I've given up the obsessive fantasy
I've got better things to do than to acquaint myself
with your non-reciprocating love
I no longer will entertain your ups and downs
of solitude
