Waiting

Through the cutting winds of a somber full moon
I find your face captured in a portrait
My sullen body in-between
life and death
slumbers through the wind
tasting the October leaves
Can you feel me watching you?
I, the reflection in the mirror
You, the eyes I thieved away
to peek through your soul and
hide as the shadow amongst the glasses of your home
I pierce your heart and conquer your thoughts
but there’s a fine line in between moderation and eternal silence
The stillness of emotion, sharp as a needle pricks
then as sweet as milk and honey
Do I make you nervous?
There is no boundary with me,
I take and possess your body because it’s
the true temptation of your soul
the Judas Jesus craved
Bereaving its way into echoes of disembodied voices
I am the murderer and you are my prey

Reincarnation

Souls rebirth leaves only pining
With a barter of coins for flesh
I'd come to pass through Kharon's ferry
Subdued by my right to privileges
Past orchids and lilies,
Beyond forgotten souls
My resurrection of flesh and blood
Through lovers pact and fallen ashes
Our union, not forgotten
Remainders now, only a bitter taste of disregard
You seem to have forgotten
Now damned I live in ignorants blind eye
Hidden from your ward of pain
But through the skies I will find
a savior of higher reign,
and when I pass
peace will dwell into my death,
my payment to the ferryman
a martyr carved on the eye of gold
Lost dreams will then have sailed away
Our story will remain untold
non-existent feelings of lost regrets
How can I regret your happiness?
This time I will settle a pact with the heavens
and not a pact with your unfaithful soul

"Her house sinks down to death,
And her course leads to the shades.
All who go to her cannot return
And find again the paths of life."
— Proverbs 2:18-19

Ardat-Lili

We've met before,
gazed eyes
peering at each other
through a cracked desert sand
ravens black hair and your lips;
frozen from your immortal living
you've come into my world now
a man's curse on one paradigm
the other, a woman's passion
clothed in envy from your unspoken words
hands splintered from a christian cross
but your presence
a quarter moon howling for white owls to rule over your stars
through a mans temptation
I wanted to taste you within me
feel your slither silently whisper your name
around my neck
a silk worm of sheets entwined through black ink
a woman I long to know
to understand
to hold your hand passed gods wrath
where have you've been exiled to...
tear my flesh off my chest and
blaspheme the only known human god
why through retribution over solidity
I want to follow
where your wind cries in agony
I need to know
